Trump answered “a lot of this territory, if you look what happened to these cities, it’s a demolition site. There’s not a building standing. People can’t go back to those cities. There’s nothing there”

The question was simple yet Trump couldn’t give a straight answer!

On Twitter angry Americans expressed their views on Trump’s doublespeak.

One said “If Putin asks Trump to “return” Alaska to Russia, Trump will say that Alaska is a very cold and inhospitable place, and that it is best to preserve “world peace”… If Trump had ruled in the 1940s, Hitler would have taken over the planet.”

Another replied saying “I pity Ukraine. This Russian puppet is about to take office. Reagan is rolling in his grave.”

Someone schooled Trump saying “The question was “territory” not “buildings or cities.” My question is, Why in the hell didn’t Trump “stop the dying and the killing” during the 4 years the war was raging under his first term. Trump bragged about sending “tank busters” for the war against Russia; why didn’t he stop it instead of arming Ukraine?”

Someone asked “Well then ask.. why would russia want the territory so badly if there nothing there”

Another person said “Trump is avoiding answering this obvious question because his answer is yes, he intends to give Russia more of Ukraine than even they have managed to currently occupy.”

These places can be rebuilt.

Countries need to freeze Russian oligarchs and Putin’s accounts across the globe and use those as a resource to rebuild Ukraine.” Someone quipped
